--- End quote ---
actually lower fps is much more bumpy, try driving a hotring over a curb on 30 fps, lol.

ye that bumps more on curbs, but at higher frames random bumps may appear in normal flat roads

apart top speed and lot better handling is see nothing more
acceleration at low frames is so bad that in 70% cases makes you stand no chance - untill long straight appears

oh so suddenly you forgot the ridiculous grip? it won't happen.

i said about handling, coz grip is lot worse at low fps - try driving banshee or sabre, at low fps they got superhandling, but nearly zero grip making you spin every corner

in my opinion, the rule should be 'your fps can't change once you've started the race', so if you start at 23 fps, and you go to 100fps (somehow) it will do the 'record making disabled' thing. however, if you start at 23 and finish at 23, your record will count. this way, people who start on low fps all the time like vipertunnel does, can still make records because their fps doesn't change from start to finish.
