New FPS rule sucks

Wouldn't really work unless you define 23 fps or 100fps, if you have unstable fps you will never be able to make records if this got implemented...

then if it changes to a different fps for a certain amount of time, then it disables it. so if your fps jumps, your record won't be deactivated, i've not known fps to jump or drop for longer than two seconds so it shouldn't be too hard to solve that problem.
and if your fps does drop that much for that length of time, then you probably won't be able to make records whether or not it's deactivated for you or not.

The way karlis is working it out will be better..

It's GTA SA's fault... but also SA-MP, we need a global FPS limit, but we'll probably never get one. We need these measures because we don't have any other way of getting around it.

That's why MTA is the best option for a fair and enjoyable racing..
