idk scripts, but i know how to get missing Elegy and Jester paintjob

1.open gta3.IMG
2.find legend2.TXD or legend3.TXD
3.rename to elegy4.TXD or jester4.TXD
4.save

and it doesn't effect the drivability of any of these cars?

no, textures doesn't effect handling, it is like /paint

Why did you upload that file? Is it needed for the paintjobs? In your explanation you don't say anything about downloading that file :L

There are even more features, missions and stuff missing in the game, i found a mod some time ago.Heres the link and a holy huge list of whats in there...

I have tried this on my ripped sa game, as it says in some place in readme or somewhere else.You need a total full installation of game.
