i also mostly rock and bit of 90s pop, but there are some exceptions.
but there are so many cool beats/tunes spoiled by unbelievably stupid lyrics.

I listen to some 70's stuff, some 80's rock/metal, a lot of 90's rock/metal and some 00's stuff, I totally agree on the fact that music has changed a lot, and for bad (have in mind that reggaeton is not music, its anti-music). What gaga does, well, let's just say it makes me feel sick, but on the other hand I think Adele is a great soul singer and has a great future. Not everything is bad, and the fact that The Darkness is back, makes me feel music can still be saved.

i have respect for adele because shes one of the few singers today that doesnt use too much bass and drums in her songs and sings without auto-tune

I have respect for Adele but I dislike her songs because I agree with Krzysiek that she screams and shouts too much, it gets tiring to listen to.
