well , they're cheaper just because they use cheaper components  ;)

and then good luck with an eventually RMA. ;)

Why people generalize their opinion about some brand, based on one or two bad review what they read on internet?

I am not defending any brand, but saying in public they are cheaper cause they use cheaper components is ridiculous.

There are strong standards what every brand must follow if they are about to sell video card with ATI's/Nvidia logo.
If they doing opposite they going down in very short period.

Anyway won't go much into details with that,2nd part of message is more interesting...

If even come to RMA why is that big deal?
Do you believe that doesn't happens with brands such as Asus,Sapphire,MSI or others.

Most people suggest Asus as some goddess product with won't let you down, what if tell you in past 10 years since i am working with hardware they got equal of faulty products same as other brands such as MSI which ain't popular much now days or Powercolor.

Just their policy and marketing were done better and you didn't read much of bad reviews cause 0.3% of whole series RMA

ok , maybe  i've generalized a bit about RMA, but  my question is : how come do those little brands sell their cards 20% less than the others? They have for sure to spare on something like PCB , GPU cooler or memory chips.

Probably because people aren't buying them, not because of cheap parts but probably due to a not so popular brand

Exactly the same card here

because they can't sell it for higher price or no one would buy them.
big brands are in the same position as Apple products or Nike boots for example, while you could argue that they might have better quality, most of the price increase is caused by just brand name.

There is nothing about PCB,coolers or memory i would say its total opposite in case with small brands.Quality of their products is equal or sometime even better than quality of 'Big players'

They have no space to gamble with quality of their products,if they are about to make name in Europe or America since 99% of whole hardware comes from Asia.

So only way to make good deal is keep good quality and earn customers with as much as possible lower price which is often 20% cheaper than price of well known brands...

Fan isn't dead until makes rotation.
In your case probably dust caused disbalance and RPM rise 30% than usual

If you can't stand that noise replace fan with new one or if your PC is still in warranty period go visit shop where you bough PC to let them solve problems.
