she has a point. sadly, often people need mistakes to learn from.
although the driver seems somewhat guilty, don't be so certain that it's just the driver's fault.
with a well working system with a coordinator, technical limits, and two drivers one driver shouldn't even be able to mess up this badly.
so it needs to be looked into, and things most likely need a fix.
and why do you need to jump in with the sensibility now?
no one of us cares that much when way more people die from other million ways to die.
