Hmm no I have never had that beepy thing connected to my motherboard. I can't seem to find where it is supposed to go.

If you tried already 4 gpu and all things what you count above i assume on faulty PCI-E slot on motherboard there is nothing left.
Since motheraboad is in warrant,make contact with companty who sold you that hardware to replace with new one.

It was an Asus M4A78. Time for an upgrade anyway! Just hoping my motherboard is at fault or I have to spend more money :(
