I would also check with another hard drive and another pc to monitor cable, but yeah seems like a faulty motherboard

Mate PC should boot even without hard drive to show some text before load Windows,but could be monitor cable but seriously i doubt in that

yeah I tried my SSD and two other HDDs. They would have still booted and gave me an error message so we can rule that out I guess

I had same problem and the problem was the HDD.
