how much you was able to overclock the card with it, card without a default fan = not much expected.

Previously without overclocking it was 60 °C and now its about 40-50 °C

GPU Clock 450 MHz
Shader Clock 900 MHz
Memory Clock 400 MHz (800)

to

GPU Clock 600 MHz
Shader Clock 1440 MHz
Memory Clock 480 MHz (960)

Buy some 8cm silent fan,that much better option instead of amd one what you currently using for video card.
