it's now starting to spawn randomly all around SA, not just desert like we knew... here screen from tunnel in LS...

SA-MP replecement for static ferriswheel in LS, but something is wrong and instead spawning where should, it shows up in strange places all around SA. Restart used to fix it, but doesnt anymore
