Can't Move on /RACE

There is this cheetah race made from 204CP's, its spawns and all, but still the cheetah doesn't move ... can sombody log in server and see what's wrong?

Suppose we need to check checkpoint total while loading.

Possibly taken from Timetrial (Max 1000 CPS), then added to Race.  Would be nice to find out how this happened.

Any idea what the race was called?

it is bugged since we haven't 1000 cps script, at times of NASCAR (2nd season) it was fine
probably it got accidently aded with all other tourney 3 races
