Finishing DoubleYou in that time is quite impossible.  You must have cheated.  That should answer your question about it being a perm ban or not.

take my cheating in good manner, i cheated cause i love this server and for winning a single race i did cheat, it doesnt mean that i abuse ur server it means im giving honor to ur server that i can even cheat for it, plz think no another way left for me its unfair for me that i cant win cause my ping is higher, and the players got low ping wins everytime, the one with higher ping should have permission for alittle mods

it's not (only) about ping.. too bad people won't understand that. Even with 400 ping you can win races..

its not possible for a player having 400 ping wins from player having below 100 ping, u guys are going so strict , i did alittle mod and already told reason for mod and u guys are giving perm ban, im playing samp since 2009 and i didnt use any kind of cheat ever, this is first time i used it bcoz of ping, my reason for mods was just making my self normal racer like other who sometime wins and sometime loses, im playing in ur server from 2 weaks and i didnt get a single 1st position, if u r saying that players with 400 ping can win than lets have a single drag race then u will see that u can overtake me easily with same cars both,

talking bout ping,i get spikes a lot in server but others no

u guys got low ping thts why u r saying this, ask me i got high ping i have experience with high ping, when other player's car come with me on straight road he overtakes me easily even i m using camera bug, and one other thing if other car only touches my car then my car flips and crashed, why only my car flips when he hits me :/
bcoz of this when i see another car i keep distance from him :/
on the other hand racing is my life i m realy good with car racing i played nfs carbon, most wanted i m good with car racing even in real life but in samp my race is just like shit coz of high ping :/
dont u guys think its unfair with me, even one of your admin said me in chat that u never came 1st in a single race i dont remember his name but its really shame tht sumone tells me like this :/
