Spawning with particle items [Fixed]

all kinds of shit, neons, sirens snow, everybody is being automatically spawned with particles

really annoying... i hated it when it was optional and now i got no choice but to see it. can a scripter fix it please lol.

had a look at the code and it was a bit too confusing, pretty sure i'd break something if i tried fixing it :(

As you can see trough my old posts i am fan of old school.No mods,no fancy items or other things what kids now days like to see.Would be useful if there is option where we can choose what style we like.Not to force anybody to wear something what not like.
