Well, if this were your first slip I would say: 1 month ban and after that probe that you don't have any mods of any kind in your game.

But this is the 2nd time you get caught so I don't think you should be allowed to play again at AX. Sorry that's my opinion.

And you can say anything about the first time like 'it was fault of the server', 'it was desync', 'Australia is in another hemisphere' or whatever. Autobans don't lie.

I saw something weird in this guy (seifo) when he hit a lap post; no affect on his car. So I loaded draggeddown and spectated him. Guess what, passed thru the poles with no problems at all and he immediately left the server before I could ban or at least talk him into removing the mod.

Whats the approach here? ban or warn and make him remove the mod?
