How about adding a shoutbox in forum since is available from SMF so players can contact faster admins or inform admins on forum about hackers if there are no admins ingame, plus its a nice way to chat!

They're all good, but it would be better if there was a mixture of both, so you can send messages to everyone or just individual people.

Also theme and version of forum can be updated or changed with more features and stats like the version that Joe showed.
