I think we shouldn't ban because the sprunkbuster site says so. It's all about our server, not when he did in the past.. just use it as an extra motivation when you're in doubt of some dude I guess.

Few time ago, I join in the movie server, and then i'll get banned by sprunkbuster, and I don't know why. Here is a photo from the game http://yfrog.com/j7samp000dpzp. I'm appeal the unban requests in the sprunkbuster.com website, and now i'm waiting for a unban. Please unban me in your server ;]

I did get some reports from other people, but saw nothing. Then I saw the X on SB so I decided to ban him. But I kinda agree with the first thing you said.
