His normal account:

Later:

I then loaded a NASCAR race.

Spambot that joined later:
[19:44:37] *** {0AFF0A}ThanksJoForNascarRac{00FF00} (Canada)  has joined the server 20 76.67.153.67


Both from Canada with the same IP, as well as the NASCAR referrence.

Not even attempting to hide his IP, since I couldn't give a fuck if somebody used it to hack him.

And maybe it'd be a good idea to censor the link Merc posted?

Just been reading this, then I read a quote, while posting a message:

Thought it was related to the spam-bots 

SA-MP btw have NPC bots, they connect very similar to the way players connect.  That's why it's possible for them to do this.

Added defence again this, I've allowed 2 connections per I.P, if any more are found when connecting, they will be removed.
