nope. just copy a few files into your gta 4 folder. and you lose no fps either.

AA wont cause fps drops only if cpu is bottleneck over the gpu.
and thats sure the case for most ppl in IV.

It affects all games so in theory it'll affect VAC and Punkbuster, couldn't care less about GTA IV MP lol. Still might use it, just delete afterwards.

it only works with the game you're using it on. i never got vac banned on gta iv for using it so nobody is likely to get banned on other games. not that it works for many games anyway. only certain ones that don't have FXAA in them
