Oh my bad,sorry I didn`t say much,but anyways it is a water textures from internet site,goes into your particle file,way back before sa-mp came out for the first time I use too be a game builder -txd -mods -maps -story line -puting your own txd made by me from scratch or copying pictures from google images and fixing it to match building size,taking picture of cars on my street that I like and make into the game,at the fire station in SF those american flags I replace that into a Canadian flag same goes with Gun shop that huge American flag with gun on the wall,stuff like that.And all in all I been retired from that For years now,because I been hearing about sa-mp was coming for this game for playing with other players and I said to myself and said coool and I was exited,btw Mta server really sucks big time,I didn`t stay too long with them
Right now my game is normal,with added water and map radar for better view and alot easy to make track also. And thats it. Ironman. oops I forgot I took up drafting in my younger days.
