This is the second time this guy has banned me for no reason.
No, the first time you was banned by Zurrieq for:
disrespecting rules - take 2 days br and I agree with him because you acts like ram, block, even flaming others players many times... in few words ---> disprepecting rules. And many times you invite you're friends that evidently they are not capable of driving without hacks.
After that, you use a server recording to ransom a player... and this is a really bad thing, dude.

rightly banned for 2 years, as anyone who use cheats. And he was banned because of you're recording so, he made the same thing at you, screenshoting you're ransom.
You showed us that he was cheating. He showed us that you ransom him. He got 2 years ban, you got 2 month ban.
I think it can be fine as well...
