It looks good R3t4Rd, nice.

Something I might have done different is keeping the letters somehow italic. It looks more dynamic which suits racing.
Can't wait to see the rest of the design you're making.

The arrow behind the text imo replaces the italic racing theory thing u said 8) tho making it italic would be great.... italicizing it will make the font thiner.... so i could not place the round brass strokes :-\
