The arrow and the X are nice and dynamic and the text looks cool but it's static since it's not italic and simply fat.. I did a quick skew on the text to get the idea a bit and in my opinion it feels more like racing:
The effect on the A is under Filter, Stylize, Wind but I'm having second thoughts about that effect.. The logo is 'quicker' with it but it shouldn't be too complex, hard to call.
