Probably right click on desktop and there it is... at least my nvidia was there :D

Maybe you using generic windows SP2/3 drivers for your Radeon.
I have one idea for you Cys,try download Omega Ati drivers.2-3 years ago were much better then Ati Catalyst and thats what you need.Reach more FPS and less using hardware resources(less LAG)
