Any suggestion on NVIDIA control settings

That is laptop and ain't that bad as you think.
Well i am pretty sure you can play SA:MP on high detials.On AC power mean
example 1024x768x16 High and frame limiter OFF
7600Go is good video card 2gb ram and turion x2 processor.
What is matter for you is:
Turn off all unnecessary services in your system and am pretty sure laptop is full of that.If i am right you using vista,if you have time try install windows xp that is way better solution for that laptop and well install game and enjoy.
Many people suggest me install vista,believe me tried many times and crap,windows xp is great for gta and sa:mp as well ;)
