shiit fps system!!!

Isn't this also related to stability of internet connection?

I have a mid-range graphic card in a laptop with a good internet connection, I think till today I got this message around 2-3 times. And yes, my fps drops to 40 or lower in rain/smoke/other shit. Normal is 100 fps @ 1920 x 1080.

Yes, I share my internet with a lot of others and when I have a high ping I get this message often.

it could be caused by internet, but if that happens that means the lag spike is pretty bad - chance to miss a cp kind of bad.
