shiit fps system!!!

was top1 in Tarnado_time  race but this fps system ruined my race  :'( :'(

i think that this system has been introduced to avoid  people to artificial lowering their fps in water/air race

But on the other hand  sa andreas runs even  on coffee machines , so maybe consider a Gpu/Cpu upgrade
