the only way I can think that would satisfy all this is:
1. /f
2. teleport to temp. world
3. freeze
4. check if somebody is at your position in racing world
5.1 if yes, wait till nobody's there
5.2 if not, teleport and keep racing.
that would avoid others to crash into you when /f, the freeze avoids instant braking because of loss of time, and jump stabilizer... I sometimes use the actual method for stabilizing my car on air if i'm going to fall flipped.
but it's kinda too complicated imo.
