it's real but wouldn't happen with tea mixing. it's called laminar flow and it only happens under very specific conditions

You shouldn't stir. You should dip the spoon in and lift up from the bottom a couple of times, so the sugar doesn't fall and rest at the bottom

i mix it anticlockwise, tryed to mix it clockwise a couple of times but didn't feel right so i re mix anticlockwise again
