How do you mix sugar in your tea?

I used to add sugar in my tea 2-3 years ago. Now I can drink it without :P. Clockwise btw.

Edit: I'm right handed.

People should also say if they stir with their left or right hand, it might have something to do with it.

When I stir things, I do it in a clockwise direction and I'm right handed.

Sugar or honey in tea. Coffee just black. And I stir it, both ways I guess.  But I think I always start anticlockwise.  (And I am right handed, haha moo)
