How do you mix sugar in your tea?

I made this poll because some people from my family are like "WTF dude you mix your tea anticlokwise". And i am right handed so it may bust this theory.

Who did vote anticlockwise so far btw? And from what I read we all do it wrong. Any drink with sugar should be mixed in both directions. Right, left, right, left and so on. It will make the water mix with other substance much better.
