Topic: Two different users? [UNBANNED]

OK in my household there are two players on this server. Sean_spilner and me Dave_Spilner. The issue is here, my brother got banned aparantly for server advertising or what not. That right now isnt my issue. My issue is being banned for Ban evading when i didnt get banned. My brother did, and the fact that i got banned cause of him is irresponsible for if you track the two files you'll see that mine was created before his and WAY before he got banned, therefore it isnt an alt account its Mine! I dont know really why my brother got banned, or if you'll even unban him. However, he was banned for a reason, i was banned cause you made the mistake of assuming im the same player and that im ban evading. Please email me so we can sort this out, i really enjoy your server both of us do and i hope to continue playing on it as there is no other server that doesnt have hackors.

No. You're responsible for what happens on your PC. If you don't want to get banned, make sure you trust everyone who uses your PC. Otherwise, don't let them use it.

im not sure. My brother is only 11 he says he never did advert any servers, But i cant confirm nor deny that cause he got banned when i was at work. What i can tell you though is that check the scripts and you shall see that before he got banned we played at the same time. That unfortunately is the only proof that i can give you, honestly saying im not sure what my brother did. Once again he claims he didnt that it was possibly a wrong id mix-up. All im asking is for you to check and see for yourself that we used to play together and also to check what he did write.
Just out of curiosity what do you mean by "another earl story?"

02/08 + 1,5 month = unban @ 13/09/2012.

alright. If i understand this correctly. Both of us are banned till September the 13th. Correct? that i will accept. Like i said i dunno what adver my brother did do i will accept punishment for him, if it will get us back on the best racing server. we are both gonna be unbanned correct?
