first one is much better, if you don't need bluray drive.
advantages for 1st:
stronger video card
twice bigger hdd
full HD monitor

fps in both will be aprox the same tho, maybe even more in second laptop, because better videocard one also has bigger resolution, but still that would be no problem with this beasty of a pc.

of course if i don't see prices i cant tell which has better performance per price.

also you probably know that you pay like twice the normal amount in comparison to same hardware, but not mobile?

17.3 inch laptop is waste of money
With budget of 1800 euro i wouldnt even look on Samsung or similar brands.
Take looks or some Sony,Alienware,Dell or Apple if you mind to buy some quality  ;)

1800 is a waste of anything, buy a super desktop: 1000 euro + 800 euro for decent laptop which is able to play SAMP.

Tem mesmo de ser um portátil? Como o ush disse eu preferia comprar um desktop por 1000 que já corria quase todos os jogos a vontade e depois esses 800 euros gastava num portátil, olha por exemplo um desktop assim:

Fonte: XFX Core Edition PSU PRO 550W - 63,50 €
Disco SSD: Corsair SSD 2.5 SATA III 128 Gb Force Series 3 - 112,90 €
Motherboard: AsRock Z77 Extreme 4 - 141,90 €
Memórias: GSkill Sniper 2x4Gb 1600Mhz Cas9 1.5v - 54,90 €
Processador: Intel Core i5-3570K (Unlocked) 3.4GHz (3.8GHz Turbo) 6MB BOX - 219,90 €
Placa Gráfica: Msi Ati HD7850 Twin Frozr III OC 2GB DDR5 PCI-E - 259,90 €
Cooler: Cooler Master Hyper 212 Evo - 31,90 €

e mesmo com uma caixa isso nem sequer passava dos 950 euros

yeah, and it easily can beat this laptop still...
unless you are travelling back and forth all the time laptop + PC is much better for given price.

sadly that racer laptop is a order out of Europe so you need to pay 15% tax, that makes it expensive.
