Also I would like to ask somebody how is this even possible that after san andreas reinstall mods are not deleted? :|
C:\Users\<user name>\AppData\Local\VirtualStore\Program Files\Rockstar Games\GTA San Andreas\
C:\Users\<user name>\AppData\Local\VirtualStore\Program Files (x86)\Rockstar Games\GTA San Andreas\
the easiest fastest way to delete a mod is to have a fresh shortcut of gta3.img for emergences
