My friends bans

So yesterday I was racing at the server with my friends and then there was a NASCAR race on a oval circuit and one of us (ip: 91.153.172.66 I believe if it is the same as for example here ) started a rampage after failing. Obviously he got banned for that which is right but how long do they last? He regrets of what he did and wants to come back to the server. He wasn't the only one terrorizing the race so it's not that black and white. And I'm writing this for him because he isn't that good in English but it really doesn't matter. He just did a one mistake and I hope he'll get his bans away soon.

Umm I can't edit my messages? odd. But yeah there's no any reason to keep him banned since he already knows he did a mistake there and wants to come racing again.

We are experiencing problems with server. You will be forced to wait a few hours or a day untill your case will be investigated.

Yeah apparently there was also another my friend doing the same thing, his name is bonsku but I don't know his IP. But he wants to come back too

Nice try, but I wasn't involved in the rampage and didn't get banned. And I also got blocked by other racers but like I said, they know they made a mistake there. And I didn't know that my friend was doing this also 'cause he said that he isn't good in English (his message is quite funny though :D) and there was also that other guy...
