Sammpo wants buy unban..[BANNED]

is there any way how to get unbaned? as one admin say, no. but i can pay for my bad mistake.. It will be really expensive, i think, but what can i do, if i want FROM LATVIA play in our server?  :'(
please... :?

and if you all admins can wait a litl bit, i got proglems with inet, and i need to see our sugestions about me.
