I suggest admins to use formal language, yes some vulgar words are maybe acceptable but in my opinion usage of vulgarity in order to insult someone can not be acceptable.

For what reason? If you think this is spam you can just delete it, it is easy.
The rule says that perm. ban can be applied if the user uses hack or other tools.
I don't think that words here can be taken into consideration in order to "permenant" ban some people.
I just wrote my "suggestion", you may like it or not, but it is still an opinion.

You're right with suggestion about formal language in unban requests but also I feel like you try to find a way to make us look insulters and bad guys towards you. So, sorry but it won't make you look any better at the moment.
