Ban Appeal- AndreC [BANNED]

Reason: Finished in an impossible time
Why I should be unbanned: I still to this day never understood how I made an impossible time, even though my GTA is heavily modded, I don't think I have anything in it that changes grip on textures. I'd really like another chance at what seems to be the only legit good race server on SA:MP, seeing how I was banned on 23/04/11 with the time of 0:12.950

1) u lie and used cheat,

I've been banned on other servers for similar reasons. It turned out that it was a mod, so I'm running a clean SA now. I'm not sure what else I can say to convince you but i've waited six months to put this appeal up, mainly because I first thought it was a random ban and I was upset about it. That and if I used cheats, I'd probably just have five seconds.

You forgot about the ban or what? Reason is not clearly evading so looks like you indeed after 3 months still had mods installed.
