Wondering what the PC specs are now...
No way will it run on Intel HD 3000.. :(

Heh i remember when GTA4 came on my desk and how painful was playing on decent PC with 25 FPS.Was waiting over 2 years to find good hardware for smooth 60 FPS.
HD3000 barely play 7 years old GTA:SA and we can guess FPS on next gen GTA5

Judging from Rockstar's optimisation efforts in the new Max Payne game, I have high hopes that Rockstar have seen the light and will make a decent port for GTA V.

as we saw in first screens quite well RAGE remains, only with improved graphics.
the important thing is that if engine doesn't change, you will still be able to turn graphcis down to IV level.
this and slight exception of some optimization gives me hopes that it'll run on normal pcs too.

PS: id totally play it on 25fps too...

Depend what we call 'normal' pc,not many customers visit PC shop every 2-3 year so i bet there is huge amount of kids who are still fine with 4850/9600 video card who were already weak for smooth playing of GTA4.
Even GTA 3 was over kill in time when was released but people didn't complain much cause many played console games ps2/xbox

my HD5650 and turion II x2 p540 is weak for very smooth IV too, yet i think the performance wont go up for V very much just because cpu side should stay same, but video settings are turnable down and arent my bottleneck.
it might not apply to gpu bottlenecked pcs tho
