Pictures are pretty tricky taken,in same time you see whole time but in same nothing-talking about body condition but i have noticed you have some rust on front right edge so you should fix-paint that.
You can do a lot things on car but depend what you want to make, there is always popular type-batten in color of wheels or other color and you can stick that on front and back bumper cause your bumper isn't in color of car. Also interior stuffs...
It's hard to say more cause i already said these pictures doesn't show much

I know Jalicno!

Those pictures where, to make the car looks like it's best  :P
It's not a bit rust, it's like 20% on both sides, so new side fenders? look the best to me.

My bumpers i want to paint them black with an easy eehm spuitbusje?

I'm not that rich, so i can not spend that much money on my car!
but for now, this are the things i need to do, and want to do!.

I suggest:

Don't paint bumpers black, there is a product I have which you can spray on rubber and it makes it look much blacker and newer.
Get projector headlights before installing HIDs (like the ones Jalicno posted). I don't know about NL, but in UK it is illegal to have HIDs without projectors (the ones with the glass ball in).
Swap the trim (i.e. rubber strips) for GTI trim or body-coloured trim.
Get colourless indicator lenses.
Get one of these:

Good luck!

Get colourless indicator lenses. thought about it, but those things are stolen 9/10 times here where i live.

Wow lol, how many people drive MK3 Golfs are in your neighbourhood?  :L

As for the rear lights, maybe you could improve them cheaply with LED bulbs. I have always wanted to try it, but never got around to it.

Well, tomorrow or monday i'm going after Angel eyes (projector) headlights!
This will make the car much nicer! and it is also a lot better for the xenon!

This is the headlight unit i want, nice and black cause of the color of my car.

So, thanks for the hints for that!
