7 years ago I'd have said Usher by far, but Usher isn't that good anymore and Ne-Yo is better now.

Definitely Ne-Yo, Usher's a total cunt for making Bieber famous. If the poll was Hitler vs Usher, I'd still be tempted to vote against Usher :L
