They wouldn't put real cars like that police cruiser in GTA, so I'd say it's fake. Or it can be a mod?

Hope it's fake. I'd rather it went to an entirely new place and idea rather than re-visit the location of an older game again.

Plus San Andreas was elborate enough as it was, don't know what else you could do to it.
