IDK if this is a bug or not, but I'm reporting it to be on the safe side. Level 2s can load races from /xtracks and add races to tt. Is this a bug?

seems like, lvl2 usually weren't able to use /xtrack

I told it to Rac3r 2 weeks ago :) Don't worry. It should be fixed soon lol.

I think there were more commands mish-mashed with lvls (/licence for example) as Rac3r told me he was checking something.
Maybe somebody should check script list instead of editing it x times.

I hope so. Stuff like adding to tt and giving licenses could be dangerous. I don't see how /xtrack loading would be harmful though, except maybe more noobs asking people to load their races.

Even i got permission I do not load newraces usually. And wasn't licence always for lvl 2?
