Are you sure it will be downloadable? As far as the news states, GamerX have added some stunt objects, that's all. :(

Server owners need to distribute a new IMG file for download from their website. Their community of players can choose to download it or not.
SA:MP is all about instant gaming. Making players wait to download a custom IMG file when they want to join a server (ie a long wait period) is not going to happen. That is why it is up to server owners to distribute their own files to their players.

It's just pointless :( we basically can't have custom object races without forcing everyone to download something, it would have to be an optional thing. Either give us custom objects with a way for everyone to get it on start up, or don't bother.

edit: Some Cool Features of SAMP 0.3c
* Your vehicle lights, boot/trunk and bonnet/hood can be controlled
* You can now hold up to five objects at once (instead of one)
* Holding objects are scalable in the X Y or Z axis so you can make them any size
* You can attach an object to a vehicle now and it will be solid (ie a ramp)
* Custom Holding objects (hammer, fishing rod, taser, so much goodness)
* Hats (with many new custom texture designs made by myself)
* Berets (even one with a french flag on it so you can be Rick!)
* Bandanas (now you will really look like you are in a gang)
* Mobile phones (many new custom texture designs)
* Masks (now you can be zorro)
* Watches (gotta have the bling-bling... many custom designs by myself have been added)
* Sunglasses and glasses (now you can really be stylish ingame with custom tints and textures/styles)
* Uber cool objects (UV animated tubes, skydiving platforms 200m tall, DM cages, the volcano, islands, bases, just so much cool stuff!)
