Dealing With High Ping Players

is there any problem of lags/rams when 2 players with a ping of 500 race together ?

sorry if it sounds silly ;D

but if it s ok, can a server increase latency to a min value for all racers? (400 by example)

it would sort problems with high ping players

i was suggesting to increase my ping and all racers ping to 400 !!
