Dealing With High Ping Players

Well, it is shocking to see how far back the trail is.

But, I think if me and Snoopy made a video, it wouldn't be as shocking. The problem comes from players from countries thousands(guess?) of miles away from the server. Pings of 300+.
For example, the only two people who created a video to demonstrate this are an Aussie and a Filipino.

why do videos lag when watching them embedded with 1080p?

EDIT: i tested with internet explorer and it no longer lags. could just be ANOTHER problem with opera :(
