I have no cheats on my PC and more people from this server know that. I have no reason why I need to cheating

pls watch hole video so you can feel speed of the car
most of the speedhack you`ll see just before finish because:

1 the speed of sultan up hill is way to big.
2 the speed of sultan up hill should decreasing.
3 iven if you turn relly nicely and come out with the best speed you can get,
  you will not gonna jump at the end like he did
4 and he turned relly badly.
 


if you still not sure pls take sultan and try get that speed up hill like he did.

open video i one window and game in another so can quick change from one to another and see it

Where did you see the speedhack? It's top speed, and you don't think that is a little lag, because in the server my ping is 70-80

if you are not cheating then why slow down before finish in races so you could get slower time?

I used handbrake a little bit, but I didn't lost my speed, and i'm going to uphill not in the max speed, the speed was about 145-147 km/h, and in the finish line the top speed going to 150-152 km/h. I don't think that is speedhack, and I have no reason to use hacks

LOL and you used handbrake to
well take remove mods and speedhack whatever you got there and realize
your speed should stay stable on 2:05 and start decreasing from 2:07

ps: i don`t have a speedometer
