Why dont we use the flip of the RSD server, if someone has seen that?

actual flip is shit
my car was upside down and still rolling so i used /flip but it didnt stop my car so i typed /flip again and i got message that i can use /flip later, wtf?!
i had to exit car and click tab!
Previous /flip was better!!

I already told Karlis about the thing when you can't leave a car in high speed. My solution is to create a time limit for using Tab after you leave a car, 1 or maybe 2 seconds would be fine, then there would be no more Tab abuse.

About /flip:

Flip was never meant to be used as an instant brake to prevent you from falling off a cliff. It was really only for putting you back on your wheels. The only reason /flip stopped you before was because we didn't have an easier way to keep people from abusing a stop-less /flip to get perfect landings on jumps (or bumps). If you fall off a cliff, you should use /sos (or try to jump out beforehand, since you can now) instead of relying on abusing /flip.

I did adjust /flip about a week ago to fix some problems with large vehicles and make the 2-second delay more accurate (it could have been up to 3 seconds before). Without that delay it would be possible to abuse it to send your car higher and higher.

pod and his team work hard to code stuff what you guys suggest every day,but don't you see we going too far with that.
Original flip was such nice thing but like always some of 'smart ass' found way to abuse that command to slow down or make perfect landing while they jump.
Be sure you can't make perfect server where there wont be cheaters no matter how hard we work on that,same goes with commands on server.Always there will be somebody who will find way to abuse commands what server has.
So im suggesting you to stop bitching commands cause server goes nowhere with that....

I accidentally forgot to recreate a textdraw, it's using the /tv Black Screen.  Silly mistake by myself.

Fixed in a minute or two.
