I not mind, just telling you what they are supposed to do with stuffs like power cables, adapters and cd's with drivers. Not all people are that rich to paying twice for something what they should get in package,or even worst some people are without internet and unable to download drivers for that card.Windows support in out of date already, and we all know that new cards wont run 3d without new drivers.
And most important thing many pc's now days coming without pre-installed software so what you gonna do without drivers?Bother somebody to download for you all drivers what you need to proper install system

as my dear jalicno said, CD has everything needed for your new VidCard, it has drivers and utilities and you also could update them from websites... well y'all know this... but

i recently downloaded some utilities for my Radeon HD 5750 and these made my vidcard more "faster" and "stable", and now this runs better

-ATI Cataclyst (main drivers)
-ATI Stream       (competition for Nvidia CUDA)
-ATI Avivo
-ATI Hydravision
-ATI Xcode
-ATI Hotfix update

i remember when i used to use Nvidia, i used to download a simple and unique drivers file (190.blablablablah.exe) from the nvidia's website, does someone knows if this file contains all the utilities that Nvidia has?? or what are the utilities that Nvdia manages???
