paris with sewers and other bumps fixed.

i tried to add airport and other stuff but too many objects cause freezes when i  select an object.  

i give up.

map is optimized to 715 objects, but is bigger and nothing visually disappeared (i kept the map in most original condition)

improved:

• empty holes
• bumps
• bridges
• lampposts
• military base
• harbour
• parkings
• golf course

added:

• more types of houses and apartaments
• 2 interiors to ship and building with dynamic doors
• some new roads and shortcuts

deleted:

• 1 bridge

you have to set 2 spawnpoints in your map
