1) Open your latest txd workshop''

2) Click on "Open TXD"

3) Then go to you GTA San Andreas folder and open the folder "models"

(mostly something like this:" C/Program Files/Rockstar Games/GTA San Andreas/models)"

4) Then, in the folder, open "particle"

5) Replace "waterclear256" with one of the color of your choice.

6) Finally, click on Save Txd button above you.    Bloody -                                                     Exotic Water - Icy - Toxic - Original -
